What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira has a very user-friendly GUI. Easy to use with tiny bugs that are fixed regularly. Technical support team is very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to track progress on tickets and get notified about the updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It makes changes if we click anywhere outside the description box. Cant revert any changes made.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is costly but provides great features.

Ample of customization is possible. Dashboards are very useful to manage tickets and track progress as well maintaining SLA
