I have using jira more than two years simply it's awesome.this tool help to monitor the task and assign the task with team.helping to manage the product development flow and work flow.

Assign the task and tracking of the task it's good .manage the product and project work flow.

Attachment only is the problem and otherwise everything is good to use for all

Till now, I haven't faced any issues while using JIRA.
