Jira provides great collaboration across multiple teams; it has great options for customization and provides great filters and workflows to track a ticket.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jira has good pricing making it suitable for all small and large business. It also help in collaboration , design and deliver within the same software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface of jira can be improved making it more user friendly. It also lacks real time reporting feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please go through proper training and documentation in order to maximize the use of JIRA

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira to me is easier to use than Service Now, and has a lot more customization abilities

Ability to request specifically what I need (access to something, fix something that is broken, etc.) and it goes to the right person
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes there isn't quite a selection for what I need done, or it's complicated/buried to find the request I need to put in

Great for enterprise, not so great for small businesses
