I found Jira to be pretty useful as a software developer for keeping track of projects. It has a lot of different features that are very specific that you can drill down into

Ease of use, It was not difficult to me to figure out how to use.

I didn't have any strong dislikes, it was good for keeping track of different tasks for projects.
