What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is wide used tool in the IT industry because it is highly optimised for following agile methodologies like Kanban and scrum, Lots of features like creating sprints, tasks, bugs and stories. Customisable workflows always matched the needs. Integrate easily with bitbucket that ensures streamline workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is highly scalable and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. It has built in report features that helps me to track projects progress as well as performance. Tracking & logging bugs as well as filters saves my time and gives me smooth experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial setup is little bit complex, Free plan has limited workflow features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is well suited for every project development team because it provider real time insights of the projects.
