Highly customisable workflow engine, agile project management built in, strong ecosystem and integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can design precise approval flows, status transition and trigger actions using jira automation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes slow performance in large projects

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend onboarding the team gradually and train them properly ..and start with a clean ,scalable workflow design
