.It's good in terms of assigning task and tracking . Good to use for testing team for dashboard . Easy to use not much complications

My favourite aspect of Jira is its customizable workflows, which allow teams to design tailored processes for task and issue management. The ability to create custom statuses, transitions, and automation for various task types is just awesome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Jira is its complexity and steep learning curve, especially for new users or smaller teams. And performance slowdown on larger projects.

I would recommend starting with a basic setup and gradually introducing Jira's advanced features to avoid overwhelming your team. Focus on customizing workflows that align with your specific project processes, and take advantage of Jira’s Agile tools if you use Scrum or Kanban
