What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It is probably the best tool among the peers which can be customized according to the organisational structure and workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira mobile version is probably my favourite part as I can get notification of project anywhere and I can use it very well as efficiently as with the laptop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to be disliked about Jira however there are limitations of connecting few tools with it. Also free version of Jira has few features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whatever is the organisational or team size, Jira is probably the best project management tool with lots of features.

It doesn't has an option to calculate accumulated story points assignee wise.
