What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

JIRA is an excellent product for any organization that needs a platform to track the progress of the delivery committed and planned in future. It provides wide range of features to plan, execute, deliver and retrospect things to ensure an effective management of activities during the overall software delivery. Some of the important capabilities include - - Creating Kanban / Scrum board - Documenting requirements - Prioritizing the requirements - Estimating the work - Assigning work to the team - tracking the progress - create sprints to execute the planned work in timeboxed fashion

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

JIRA provides excellent set of reporting widgets to reflect the work done in an effective manner. For example - Average Age Chart, JIRA Road Map, Burndown & Burnup chart, Velocity chart, pie chart etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The performance of JIRA is far better on Chrome browser as compared to Internet Explorer. This creates inconvenience to staff members in an organization where Internet Explorer is the only permissible browser used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, JIRA is a very promising platform to track the overall software delivery in an effective manner where each individual/stakeholder involved in the project can get a crystal clear view of the activities going on at any point of time. JIRA also provides a free look up time to understand the features in JIRA and get used to it before buying an actual product license.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It is an outstanding platform easy to use, with a great UI design, and wide range of customization and con configuration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature of Jira is a huge number of integrations, massive amount of possibilities, statistics and tricks that you can you inside the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Response time is quite slow from the support service, and in some occasions -simply- not attended.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is the best software I've used for project management in my team, it's quite efficient, has some cool features like linking your tasks to a git branch repository, it's generally a cool software to use in an agile team.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira helps create tasks and plan the work accordingly for teams to achieve the requirements set by the product owners. It helps to track resources and also gain insights into how the work is being handled in each sprint

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira provides the option to generate reports for each sprint to identify parameters such as velocity or burn down rate and use it to improvise efficiency in the future

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile version lacks most of the core features and is better suited only to check the status of the tickets

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great tool for project management and to monitor & drive the overall efficiency of the team
