What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira helps extensively in listing out the pending tasks in a project and prioirtising them so that the developers and the team can work based on the requirement
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to clone tickets makes it faster to create generic or redunctant tickets instead of creating one from scratch
What do you dislike most about this product?
Any upgrade to theJira requires outage without any secondary alternative

A recommended tool to keep track of the tasks and activity on going in the project

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
We can use it for multiple things like for task management wherein we can create / assign / delete / update any task which we want . Similarly defect management , we can create / edit / assign different bugs and share with developers , managers vice-versa. And on project management , we can divide our project into different chunks and maintain then in the form of tickets which are available in JIRA This makes it different from others !
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- managing , assigning , creating , deleting jira tickets the way I want is one of the nice feature

Nothing to disclose , I am a happy user till now
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to build a system where you want to store different information related to projects, people, defects etc . Then this is one of the best tool to have !
