What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It's best for Agile development projects Even though it's a bug tracking tool, it helps derive the functionality of a product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization Jira, being confusing at first hides a lot of it's features inside most of which you can change and adjust to your business needs. It is a great solution for a big corporation with dozens of departments, hundreds of employees and thousands of issues and tasks daily. However, in all other cases Jira can be a nightmare at this point.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to say dislike, it's slowness sometimes irritates user Pricing of professional version

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira was more cost effective and fitted our needs better. It better integrated with other Atlassian products that we planned to buy. Jira certainly is the most proven modern Project Tracking software out there.
