Its ease of use and its been a very old software and well established.

UI is very easy and intuitive

It is easy to personalize to your need and it strengthens teamwork.

Even though is easy to use and understand to completely benefit from the features you need to have a known objective and background knowledge.

Your team will not need too much time to understand the software and it really practical.

1. Ability to create tasks & user stories for every sprint. 2. Various extensions like Clockwork to monitor timesheets of team members.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Provides Android & IOS app for easy access to the JIRA development board.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Performance issues in Google Chrome or similar heavier browsers 2. Some alignment issues in the mobile apps when viewing Agile dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. With JIRA, we are creating biweekly development sprints and delivering our software requirements on time. 2. The benefits are that time & resource management is very easy & efficient with JIRA
