What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The main difference is that the tool is configurable with high quality. Allows you to plan the entire project, is able to customize the workflow and customize it for approval. Other important points are knowledge management and traceability of actions already carried out in the project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

JIRA allows work groups to have a complete view and understanding of tasks, deadlines and responsibilities. In remote work environments, it is possible to monitor the actions taken. I find this software very useful and customizable. It has many functions that facilitate and optimize work and allow you to organize, plan and meet goals. Facilitates teamwork. It seeks to be simple and effective; Allows you to track activities that must be completed and notifications of changes to any action.

What do you dislike most about this product?

JIRA has a high learning curve. Need to optimize usability and better document how to use some features. The initial settings have a lot of functionality that could be a little more optimized or allow for more automatic choices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, it's very nice to be able to follow the entire workflow, it has many configuration possibilities. It is very good for planning the project. It has many features but needs to evolve in usability. An important feature is the GitHub integration. Documentation also needs improvement. Prices are good, especially when compared to other tools on the market with the same features.
