What is your favorite aspect of this product?
So customizable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like it when it when down on 4/6/22. When Jira went down our whole IT dept came to a halt for 3+ days. We are still not online. Love the product dont love it when it goes offline.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be willing in invest some time in customization for your use case.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira differs due to the integrations that it can allow, especially with Slack, since this makes tracking cases much easier, other tools do not allow connection with other applications, which makes it a tool that demands time for the "client" not it is clear and orderly for the team, by allowing integrations it becomes part of the day to day without much effort.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love from Jira that allows you to connect with Slack and many apps, which makes it a friendly way for customers to post tickets and have all the information at hand if any other person in the organization wants to know about a report or ticket, so Jira becomes a very useful tool collaborative and efficient to review, report and search for related issues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like the fact that the design when reporting a ticket is not very customizable, in terms of branding it is terrible, since this list does not allow adding emojis in the titles of answers, for example, which makes it very flat. Another thing that I don't like about Jora is that it does NOT allow images to be attached to the report, it would be best to have that option.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend for organizations that the team be given training, since it is a very unintuitive tool when it comes to setting it up or integrating it with another app. Although it is very good, it is very tedious for its initial implementation
