What differentiates IRONSCALES from other similar products?

Cost, customer service, ease of integration, administration, training & quarterly collaboration w/ account representative. There are a lot of positives on this product. Much better than anything Barracuda has. Have used this product for 4.5 years. Barracuda allows a lot of spam in vs Ironscales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Number one aspect of Ironscales is that if 250 employees receive a suspicious/malicious email, once reported it removes it from all mailboxes, which will save a ton of support calls, etc.. and this feature increases security to allow no one to click a link if one exists. The other feature that saves some administrative headache is the auto-percentage adjustments for Spam & Phishing categories (i.e. 70% spam enabled means that any emails that are seen as 70% suspect as spam are stopped and do not appear in the users' mailboxes and get auto-remediated.)-same as Phishing).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only factor would be cost, but I'd rather pay more for a good, solid product, rather than having nothing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a great, solid product with awesome capabilities and easy to use and implement, this is the software for your company. Customer Service is excellent, very few issues, and are in constant contact with our Account Representatives (whom are always "spot on" in getting back to us). Ironscales uses red banners that make it easy for anyone to see that the email is either suspicious/malicious, and or comes from an external sender.
