Because it can be configured offline, there is a degree of safety added to it.

What differentiates QuickBooks Desktop from other similar products?

Keeping track of costs for a small business couldn't be simpler than with Quickbooks Desktop. estimations, and payroll processing. Both the interface and the available support materials are excellent. Use of QuickBooks Desktop has made it possible for us to keep tabs on the company's financials. Having a centralized location for our accounting data serves as a reliable reference point for all of our financial and accounting reporting needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In comparison to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop offers a lot more power and flexibility. The bookkeeping for jobs is simplified as well. QuickBooks Desktop is a far better option than QuickBooks Online for processing payroll.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe that the only disadvantage is that it is installed on a desktop, which means that if your computer fails and you did not back it up, it will be difficult to remove documents from the software. That is the sole drawback, therefore.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They are streamlining cloud integration and providing clearer, more comprehensive instructions for using the software. This means that everything is easily accessible.
