What is iMind?
iMind allows its users to set up video conferences with up to 200 speakers (video+audio) or up to 1000 speakers (audio). It allows holding 4-hours-long conferences free of charge. For instance, iMind released an opportunity for sharing the boards that allows all participants to edit them together during meetings and brainstorms. iMind has its own file storage and allows for scheduling work through the Timetable tool. Finally, you can reach your colleagues in 1 click with Contacts.

What differentiates iMind from other similar products?
Mind made it possible to hold weekly meetings with our staff members and board members. The ability to share the screen made it possible to focus on the progress of the members. The ability to see the faces of the people helped us to give proper feedback while sharing new ideas for our businesses during the meetings. One more feature that we were looking forward to having in our video conferencing solution was a safe and secure environment on which we can rely with our personal data and day to day meeting information. We ensured that Mind is highly secure and reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides instant joining directly from any device, be it a laptop or a mobile phone. You simply have to open the browser and just login with the one time password on your number. It also allows us to host the meetings from our own company website. This acts more like an integration of the API and it’s a great feature brought up by Mind.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only major drawback that the majority of our employees have is that the Mind background features on the video call are pretty much clunky for keying out the background of any user. It has irregular edges and noise so the employee tends to disappear and appear during the meeting several times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our overall experience with the Mind video conferencing solutions was great.

What differentiates iMind from other similar products?
The best thing about Mind is the user-friendly interface of the calls.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Some great features which our employees liked about the application are : 1. The ability to share multiple screens at the same time, upto 12 screens can be shared simultaneously which makes it easier for us to conduct presentations and take interviews as well. 2. The administrator privileges provided to the host by Mind in any of the meetings/conferences. The host has the right to check who’s entering the meeting and can even ask for a proper validation from the user's end.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing wrong found till now.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it, great product!
