What is iMind?
iMind allows its users to set up video conferences with up to 200 speakers (video+audio) or up to 1000 speakers (audio). It allows holding 4-hours-long conferences free of charge. For instance, iMind released an opportunity for sharing the boards that allows all participants to edit them together during meetings and brainstorms. iMind has its own file storage and allows for scheduling work through the Timetable tool. Finally, you can reach your colleagues in 1 click with Contacts.

What differentiates iMind from other similar products?
The best tool to make calls with audio and video, using any device from a computer or mobile phone, we can record meetings without installing or downloading any software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1. We can hold video conferences safely. 2. You decide who will be at the meeting and who will be denied entry. 3. Collaborations can be done using screen sharing. 4. It is a free platform by which you can even record all your calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In general, we have not had any problems, it has been one of the best tools to carry out our online collaborations no matter where we are and it has excellent security.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended tool to manage calls, hold video conferences with shared screen and has excellent storage.

What differentiates iMind from other similar products?
In our organization most users put their absolute trust in this system to streamline our workflow. What allows us to argue the procedures of our organization regardless of the time zones and the location that we are. Said system requires an appropriate validation establishing that the individuals in the waiting queue share their photo with the host. It provides immediate connection clearly from any device, it has a magnificent simple interface with a clear and simple design.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it is possible to establish up to 10 rooms for free, and each room can get up to 100 participants. It is super feasible to enter the meetings, we simply have to follow the link. In addition, it supports setting the volume of participants and recording conferences. In short, it has helped our organization to work efficiently, which we consider to be an excellent system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a truly outstanding system, and I have absolutely no complaints about its performance or features! but I want to limit that it is a very expensive system to use annually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
iMind is a system with unique qualities and functions. It fulfills its main function perfectly, which is to increase the productivity of our organization. It has lucrative tools. Effectively supporting our company when we were running “Covid” home office work. It is an easy software to organize video calls and set up conferences with just one click.
