High capabilities + easy to learn and use + superb support in the few cases when needed + reasonable cost

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use for a senior exec non-IT person like myself

What do you dislike most about this product?

A small minority of features are not intuitive though easy to use once user learns/gets support

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Clearly the optimal VDR for a medium-sized company like ours. I looked at many systems before selecting iDeals.

What differentiates iDeals from other similar products?

It has all of the features of the market leading competitive products at a fraction of the price and required virtually no training due to the intuitive user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to monitor who is accessing which file is critical when negotiating among several potential buyers for a company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike about the VDR. It met all of our needs from day 1, was easy to implement and prospective buyers of the company were able to easily access the folders without any training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are managing the sale of a company, this is not a nice to have - it is an essential tool that you must have.
