That there may be additional fees for data rooms / usage. We'd prefer an all-in subscription fee

The initial free trial allowed me to ensure that the functionality and ease-of-use was acceptable to our team prior to a longer-term commitment for our acquisition deal.

We used iDeals for organizing files for due diligence for a company acquisition. Both sides were highly satisfied with the ease of use for file sharing.
