What differentiates IBM watsonx Assistant from other similar products?
I know I can trust IBM for the quality of the product they deliver, and Watson Assistant is no exception here. When we first started using the platform, Watson Assistant was the only obvious choice. Today there are newer products, delivering the same experience, even some quality open-source ones, but with IBM you can feel safe, knowing your project won't go down for technical reasons. You can simply register your account and quickstart your work. The documentation page and online courses they provide are also helpful (videos might be a little outdated though)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Teamwork capabilities, group registration, role management, easy backup + recovery process do it for me and my team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Simpler UI/UX would be nice. The current one feels a little outdated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just go for it. Whether you are an experienced developer or beginner wanting to have a chatbot for your purposes, IBM is the right place to study, experiment, and craft production-ready assistants.
