What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

Hotjar session recordings settle arguments instantly. Instead of Product saying "users should click here" and Design countering "but they don't understand the layout," recordings become irrefutable evidence. Watch real humans struggle with your interface, hesitate at confusing labels, rage-click invisible buttons, or back out after three failed attempts. No more "my users are different" excuses Hotjar shows your actual users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our signup form had 68% abandonment at Step 3. Recordings revealed users typing email, then staring confused at "Continue" button 8px tall on mobile (thumb couldn't hit it). Filtered frustrated sessions showed 41 rage-clicks in same dead zone. Cross-referenced heatmaps confirmed zero clicks there.
