What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

It helps us a lot in project management and helps us to manage the project with several views. Whenever we have to submit the request form it is editable and we can make changes whenever there is a need to do so. They have great robust proofing and review environment. They have great communication features or collaboration and integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hive is very easy to understand. It is a very simple tool and we can easily be taught to other users. They have a very user-friendly interface. They have a concise and easy work board for their users. They provide us with a great ability to change the assignments easily. It is very efficient and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hive does not have supportive features for client management and it takes a very long process to manage the clients which are very frustrating. We cannot attach multiple files to any document and have to attach them one by one which is quite complicated. They have not yet introduced their mobile app which makes things difficult to handle. There must be more integration included with other software. They are lacking reporting and accountability factors.

Hive is recommended because it is simple and easy to use.

Our team can adapt our procedure thanks to Hive. It also contains a number of tools and functionalities that assist us in organizing and personalizing our plans for the future. Hive performs an excellent job of bringing together in one location all the parts required for a project. It links them to the resources, connections, remarks, and next action and keeps everyone is on the same page. Allowing project owners to transform sub - tasks in with their own projects or communicating inside tasks is also one of my favorite aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my view, the search tool may also be improved. When we need to be very particular, colleagues who are less knowledgeable about our projects may find it difficult to locate the information and become frustrated. Thus, our employees experience several buffering and statistical report production challenges.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hive has made internal communication between our team of employees more easier which allows us to concentrate on delivering work for customers in a timely manner. The fact that Hive is absurdly simple to use it and that our team can quickly work on the same tasks is what I appreciate best about.

What differentiates Hive from other similar products?

Because the templates make it easy to include the models we employ, we've significantly increased our productivity. Hive is the only option that has met the demands of everyone on our team. Applying a template and reviewing all relevant key actions within a phase of how we handle client work is a sort of training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Personally, my two favorite views are Gant and Team view, but it's beautiful that each user may choose their preferred layout without influencing the rest of the team. I also like how Hive is constantly working to improve its products and how simple it is to suggest improvements and have them voted on by the community. The system's flexibility and the ability to be personalized for each user are two of our favorite features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There seem to be frequent crashes, which is annoying. I'll have to either force the software to restart or reinstall it. When I try to log in, there's a little pause as the page loads. Aside from that, however, it functions perfectly. In addition, I think it would be helpful if the company emphasized the most recent attachment in the ticket gallery.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hive is an excellent platform for managing and documenting important meetings and other administrative activities at the highest levels of an organization. My recommendation to other businesses is that they maintain an open mind and consider replacing the laptop with an app that has many more advantages. Set up the joint projects and then allow users to create their tasks as required.
