What differentiates HeyOrca from other similar products?

It lacks functionality, is buggy, and provides no real differentiation with its features. Given the choice between HeyOrca and literally any other social media management platform, guess which one I'd choose?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That we don't use it much. It is frustrating, unreliable and delivers poor ROI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, the user interface. For a SaaS, their UX is downright embarrassing. Update the visuals, make it a smidge more appealing, and you could probably get away with the garbage functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Break the glass on this product only in case of emergency, and if at all possible use native applications if you're really looking to be productive without investing in management software. This is truly only an option of last resort.

in our organization we use it for the presentation of various content in the different social networks, it has allowed us to be able to increase productivity and significantly reduce the delay in the presentation and approval of our clients, it is an excellent tool because it has helped us to create a better organization of our networks, manage the collaborations that we carry out internally with our clients and analyze the profitability of all our advertising marketing.

It creates a better programming of the various social networks and allows us to integrate it with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Linkedin and more. we can create internal conversations with clients and with all our colleagues. Before publishing any product on networks, it must first be approved by our clients. provides comprehensive dashboards for viewing views of our content on social media.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a fantastic platform, but it should improve the operation of the service to create schedules correctly and without interruptions. The user interface is something important for its image, I would like it to be a little more dynamic and fun.

I really think that it is a wonderful tool for programming content, due to its great capacity with which it allows us to connect through the different social profiles, if it is a tool that I would recommend, because it provides the various plans that adapt to any organization, with unlimited users, unlimited storage, canva integrations and more, allows us to create a completely personalized brand and calendar.

HeyOrca is a platform that allows marketing agencies and their clients to plan and approve advertising content on social networks, which has a great similarity with the Hootsuite tool since both specialize in the programming of publications and content, in social networks, in which the client can keep track and approve the information to be shared.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the positive functions of this tool is that it saves time since it is not necessary to send clients spreadsheets as this could cause a delay in the approval of the content, but we can share content on social networks so that they make a specific decision and have a review in a shorter estimated time, it has a sublime customer service, with service chat that are very efficient and respond quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is a tool that provides us with functionality to save time, it has a somewhat high cost, which makes customers take other alternatives, which can lead to diversion of customers in search of other similar services with lower cost and that have the same function.

We recommend this tool because it offers a service that helps us make a good decision when publishing content on different social networks, it is a platform that was founded in 2015 in Canada, it has a free trial for know its functionality which provides confidence when paying for its service.
