Their support system can be pretty slow to resolve issues. But their answers are usually thoughtful and thorough.

What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

We use this software to view and analyze the behavior of users of our pages and mobile applications, to know in depth every step they take within them and thus improve our services and customer service. I like it because its data is in real time and every piece of information is automatically recorded in the system, making it easier to view.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very easy to use and friendly tool, which makes it intuitive. It allows to visualize the events that occur on the pages and applications in real time, it also generates very detailed reports of all the activity in general, showing the metrics, clicks and participation of each user. It automatically captures every movement made by users, so that everything is recorded and analysis and monitoring is much more effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like its configuration to be a little simpler, since you have to enter data manually, which makes the process long. I would also like the panels to be a little more customizable to adapt them to the needs of the company and customers. On some occasions we have needed the help of the technical service and their response has been slow and late.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Heap is great for any product that has traffic. This would be good for an e-commerce cart experience or any type of checkout experience. It's also great for capturing conversion metrics for financial customers or leads. Find friction points in your flow and where users leave your flow.

What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

Recognizing the areas where our users spend the most time. being aware of the number and type of buttons being utilized. What most strikes me about it is how it helps us locate user profiles and account information. It has also assisted us in making some of the finest product selections. It has made tracking user activity really simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Has features that allow us to gather data and monitor user behavior in web and mobile applications. It offers insightful data about the behavior of your clients. I appreciate the capability to combine multiple statistics into a report and then multiple reports into a dashboard. I also appreciate the method for creating reports and integrations with other tools. I also appreciate the ability to quickly modify my breakdown analysis within the tool. It also enables me to see in real time how my clients are behaving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had a lot of trouble utilizing Heap the first few days since I didn't entirely grasp how it worked and my team colleagues weren't there to explain it to me. Learning how to properly formulate the appropriate searches to locate the information we were looking for took some time. In certain situations, it's not always clear what the issue is, but having access to the raw data would be beneficial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No matter what size or scale of product you are currently developing, heap is the best option if you want to offer value to your business and user base. This tool will haunt you the next time you and your designers need to decide on a user interface, and you'll realize how much you'd like to be able to gather information for that choice.
