What differentiates HCL BigFix from other similar products?
HCL BigFix stands out mainly because it provides our company decision makers a high-level view of enterprise compliance and risky trends that are yet to come into to the business in the near future. This helps us to make better decisions and automate processes. HCL BigFix also helps in detecting endpoints real-time, even though the device is offline.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature of HCL BigFix is the in-depth insights it provides while fixing endpoints that have been taken out from the state of compliance by our endpoint users. HCL BigFix also works on more than 100 operating systems including Android and iOS.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no features or situations I disliked HCL BigFix. But I really hope they can work on reducing the pricing for small enterprises, or even implement a standard package for businesses on a budget.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend anyone who is looking for an endpoint management software to look into HCL BigFix and to book a demo with their sales team to take a glimpse of what it can offer to better manage your business.
