Asset management by use of agents is simple and allows for user assignment by the device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not easy setup UI for macOS users

I highly recommend. It is an integrated approach for all the security solutions which can be applied for organizations.

Quite difficult to use, but manages most software really well, especially IBM software.

Integration with ILMT makes my life much easier

Discovery for some software vendors is not up to par as the biggest hitters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take a stab at it! Seems like there could be continuous improvement but the product seems to not improve as often as Id like.

What differentiates HCL BigFix from other similar products?
The great software for managing all our software products. It can manage large numbers of systems. It can effectively manage tasks, and activities on different operating systems like MAC OS, Windows, etc. It is easy to use and also it is cost-efficient. It allows us to create data, reports, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They got good support for the Windows Operating system and supported a vast range of applications with a lot of automation. It reduces the manual burden on teams, very helpful in patching and script deployments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
mobile device management capability is not up to the mark
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you do not have some experience with System Administration, you might encounter issues with configuring it on your infrastructure
