What differentiates Haptik from other similar products?

Both the simplicity of this program's interface and the quality of the assistance it provides to users set it apart from similar products on the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To narrow it down, my two favorite things are... To begin, haptik makes it simple to create and connect a chatbot into your existing app, website, etc. The second fantastic feature of Haptik is its smart agent, which is a collection of pre-made customer care flows for nearly every industry. This smart agent can be used to quickly and easily integrate API calls and process standard client requests.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Analytics and Reports - For Instance. Analysis of negative comments obtained by the bot would require reading through several transcripts, limiting you to a sample set study rather than a comprehensive, full deep-dive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that it is simple to operate and enables users to rapidly construct chatbots and swiftly deploy them into production. A helpful support system as well as comprehensive documentation that is available throughout the development process.
