What differentiates HappyFox from other similar products?

HappyFox is a very flexible and a reliable product allowing me to track all the tickets sent in by our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Ability to create our own fields is the best feature. Happy fox is extremely easy to set up and our team was able to start using it the same day we signed up. Creation of new tickets and providing resolution and communication with customer is very efficient. In Chat it shows you if the customer went idle or is still typing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There should be alerts when receiving emails. Chats can not be transferred from one support team to other. Sometimes it can take quite some time to load the selected page.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are using this in our organization for internal and external tickets of the company and has been very beneficial for us since we can keep the tickets organized by departments, person or specific project and prioritise tickets from our customer base.

It has a live chat, an easy way to receive comments and answers on the problems raised.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the built-in chat, Allows polling, Send a ticket to the appropriate department, Ability to assign tickets to a specific person, Admins can track tickets

What do you dislike most about this product?

when i was creating the ticket text sometimes the mouse just goes to another line for no reason

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

works well for businesses that want to see all their entries in one place. May be more suitable for smaller businesses that can double check their tickets and have more time for this.
