What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?
GreytHR simplifies HR processes and reduces the need for HR intervention when explaining employee details. The application has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to access employee details on a daily basis. This has benefited us by streamlining our HR operations and saving time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best feature of greytHR is its ease of managing payroll and related changes, in addition to its outstanding HR and finance team management features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I did not come across any significant issues with greytHR. However, we encountered some system glitches that required us to contact the technical team for resolution. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the software's ability to optimize HR procedures, and I am excited to use it for other functions such as performance management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before selecting an HR software, determine your specific needs and pain points. This helps determine if greytHR is a good fit.

What differentiates greytHR from other similar products?
greytHR has many useful features that I use every day. My favorite feature is the daily clock, which allows me to clock in and out remotely. It calculates my work hours and helps me maintain the required weekly/monthly work hours needed for my final payroll calculation. The portal provides comprehensive information on various forms that help me save taxes, which I can download directly from the portal during Income Tax declaration. The portal also acts as a central repository for all my employee documents, which helps the HR team to settle payrolls easily, especially for contract-based employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The User Interface for mobile web, application, and desktop web is designed to be user-friendly and convenient. It makes approving leaves and viewing important updates on the go faster. We can see the in-time status of our team members, including those on leave, which helps optimize our work collaboration. The tool has commendable features, such as a leave calendar and past attendance regularization, which includes leave applications for past dates. It is also robust enough to handle multiple queries at once.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be great if greytHR could offer us the ability to customize our home page or provide a quick view option for recently visited features. This would save us a lot of time. Overall, I am satisfied with greytHR and don't have any major complaints or requests.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
greytHR is a complete HR solution that covers all aspects of HR management such as payroll, attendance, leave management, recruitment, and performance management. It provides a one-stop shop for all your HR needs.
