What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

We use this software to find and recruit the best prospects for our jobs. Achieving it all from a simple to use platform and where we can have at hand all the necessary information of the candidates without searching in other programs, such as job posting, database of candidates and their resumes, interview scheduling and much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to integrate with social networks, where we can also publish our job offers, achieving greater visibility and attracting more recruits. It also has an interview management, where we can schedule the interviews of those selected, automatically sending them an email setting the day and time and adding a reminder for the scheduled date.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Installing and configuring the entire system was a long and tedious process that I would have loved to be more automated, as well as migrating the information from my computer to the software database was another cumbersome and time consuming process. I am not very pleased with their technical service, because when we have needed their services, they have not been willing or able to give us an efficient response to help us solve the problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Finding the right person helps a lot. You can filter to find what you're looking for, although sometimes it gets mixed up with people applying for different jobs, although not in one category. Direct emailing is a nice feature; if we are interested in someone, or if we no longer want to work with a candidate, we can add our own automatically generated responses.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

The hiring process can be automated in several phases. Each interviewer can offer their opinions about each job applicant using the scoring system. To uncover specific talents or experience, you can use a predetermined series of questions to assess each job application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like Greenhouse Recruiting you can review applications, review interview kits, read candidate profiles, finalize dashboards, and manage offers on the mobile app just like you do on the website. At job boards, you can distribute job offers. It allows you to obtain the contact information of the prospects. Useful for designing referral programs and app tracking pipelines to your specifications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Greenhouse Recruiting is not always easy to use; some features may be difficult to access. I propose to add additional alternatives to learn more detailed instructions like the manuals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To connect with prospects through interviews and career pages, I recommend using Greenhouse Recruiting. Give candidates the freedom to choose the timing of their interviews and use automated questionnaires to collect feedback on your hiring process. Giving new hires access to a well-organized collection of useful tools, it can help them get familiar with your workplace culture and get to know your team.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

I can look at a LinkedIn or PNet profile and literally right-click on it and pass that candidate into my database almost completely. There is a portal for clients and candidates and I can customize it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can upload zip files containing thousands of CV's, or import data from csv files or backups and passes them and puts them in the database. I don't think there are any limits in terms of scalability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no invoicing. It is missing the the functionality for setting the placement and start date. It is bot as simple as some of the competitor, but it us far more able and does more than what any of the competitors currently do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would advise others to try and keep it as standard as possible. Try to make as few customizations as possible. It is by far the most reasonable for what you're getting.
