What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Comes with PWA, Progressive Web Application that makes it ideal tool to access feedback from any device without getting any error. I also like the Visual UI/UX of the tool which is very intruitive and professional enough with beautiful layout of data

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced much technical issues of the tool, works for me well and the team and even beginners of the tool can use the solution

I would recommend the tool since works well for me for collecting feedback

Just being free to use no matter the use case of the Google forms makes them a champoin for collecting survey and feedback without the need to worry about the cost of the solution or growth of the business. Secondly you can access survey from any device making it easy to read and understand the feedback collected conviniently.

Google form has unique sharing features like sharing the forms through QR makes it easy to collect survey from the walk -in customers who can easily scan the code and provide feedback. Also it is cost free making it a reliable primary survey software for any smaller business to use for survey collection and accept entry of different data like supports videos, images and text based that are securely stored on the Google drive

What do you dislike most about this product?

When uploading larger files, often a hicup of redunt upload speed happens but you can solve the issue by compressing the solution which speeds up the upload of the larger files. Besides that, have not seen any other technical issue of the software

I would recommend the solution, very reliable and very stable enough

Its simplicity and time-saving workflow. I can build, deploy, and analyze forms within minutes. Real-time data sync with Google Sheets is extremely valuable for survey analysis.

The limited conditional logic, lack of deep customization, and absence of advanced reporting features reduce its suitability for complex research or enterprise-grade surveys.

If you need a lightweight, intuitive, and free tool for quick surveys, Google Forms is a strong choice. For deeper survey logic or design flexibility, pair it with other analytics tools or consider alternatives like Typeform or Zoho Survey.
