It's simplicity and user friendly to setup and access

The option of conditional rendering

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can be a bit of a hassle to create toggle options such as multiple choices or short answers. Perhaps keeping it simpler is a better option

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Asking for testimonials via email feels awkward. Sending a form makes it more formal and easier for clients to answer on their own time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have a standard form i send to clients after a project is finished. It asks for their feedback and a testimonial. All the great feedback is collected in one place for me to use on my website.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish i could customize the thank you page more after someone submits the form.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a freelancer, use this to systematically collect client testimonials.
