What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

GOOGLE forms unique way to share forms through different ways like Google forms links, QR and embeding option makes it intruitive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Completely easy to use to create survey of any kind and, the ease of branding options to use the Google fonts and header images gives brand identity of the tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

HAVE not seen any technical issue of the tool since works well for me and have not seen any issue currently

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the solution for survey collection

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

I'm an office manager and i have to create forms all the time for different things. I love the template gallery in google forms. There are templates for party invitations, t-shirt sign-ups, and job applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have to start from a blank page. I can just pick a template that's close to what i need and then customize it. It saves me a lot of time and gives me good ideas for what questions to ask.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not that many templates. I'd love to see a much bigger library with more designs and for more specific use cases. After a while, you've seen them all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're not sure where to start, the template gallery is a great first stop.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

i use google forms a lot for my business, and sometimes i need it to do more. i use add-ons from the marketplace to add new features. for example, i have an add-on that sends a nicely formatted email to people after they fill out the form.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

add-ons can make forms so much more powerful. they can connect to other services and automate tasks. it's a great way to extend the functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the add-ons are made by third-party developers, so some of them can be buggy or might stop working. you have to be careful which ones you install and trust with your data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you find yourself wishing forms could do something it can't, you should definitely check the add-on marketplace.
