What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google forms can be customised for many options and use case like collecting video reviews due to a varriety of storage provided by the tool and an open integration of the software with Google drive makes it a reliable one to collect feedback that involves visuals unlike other tools that do not provide enough storage for such

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Comes with PWA, Progressive Web Application that makes it ideal tool to access feedback from any device without getting any error. I also like the Visual UI/UX of the tool which is very intruitive and professional enough with beautiful layout of data

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced much technical issues of the tool, works for me well and the team and even beginners of the tool can use the solution

I would recommend the tool since works well for me for collecting feedback
