What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

i have a simple wordpress website for my life coaching business. i wanted to add a contact form. i created one in google forms and it gave me some html code to embed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i just copied and pasted that code into my website, and the form appeared perfectly. it was so easy. i didn't have to install a complicated wordpress plugin.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the embedded form doesn't always look great. it's in a box (an iframe) and sometimes it has a scrollbar that looks a bit ugly. it doesn't blend in perfectly with my website's design.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you want to add a simple form to your website without any hassle, this is a great way to do it.
