What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Have not experienced any downtime with the Google forms where they are easy to use and to deploy and makes collecting feedback very easy without limitation on core features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the Google forms accessibility possibilities that makes the Google form available on both mobile phones app and computer which helps me review feedback from any device and shareI

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initially it was hard setting up our own branding fonts in the tool by exporting but later the issue got resolved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the solution but the pricing for enterprise should be considered

It is free, highly customizable, as its part of Google Ecosystem , it can be integrated with lot of other google products using Add Ons.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very simple to create new forms and share with people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing as such but they should add more themes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you are looking for a simple and reliable form collect tool, then you can definately check Google forms, other alternatives are formspree but it has free tier limit
