What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The survey system, although sometimes hard to get the hang of, once out do, it is great and not many other products have this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The survey system is great. It allows for efficient test taking in classrooms or surveying many student opinions all in one spot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it is hard to set up some surveys.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

100% recommend this product for its many functions and survey system that allows you to reach may people in one place.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

It was very easy to teach myself and my team how to use it. It fits the box for what is needed from a survey platform, and very easy to visualize and measure results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that multiple media formats can be used (gifs, images, videos). It gave us capabilities to make our surveys fun and interesting, which increased our response ratios.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks customization in a way that it's quite obvious that it's google forms. When I saw it in my organization and elsewhere it's quite obvious. Although, in some cases this can be a good thing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A little more white labeling and customization can allow organizations to use it in a way that you can't tell that a third party is being used. It would be great to have additional templates that can match the theme of your website.
