What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

I've used it many times for my graduation projects and it always works seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the easy set up and clear set of info buttons available for different measuring mechanisms

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't like the file output formats because it was not suitable with major Statistics software such as SPSS

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend to use it for basic and simpler works and research.
