Definitely use this over any other survey software

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

It was very easy to teach myself and my team how to use it. It fits the box for what is needed from a survey platform, and very easy to visualize and measure results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that multiple media formats can be used (gifs, images, videos). It gave us capabilities to make our surveys fun and interesting, which increased our response ratios.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lacks customization in a way that it's quite obvious that it's google forms. When I saw it in my organization and elsewhere it's quite obvious. Although, in some cases this can be a good thing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A little more white labeling and customization can allow organizations to use it in a way that you can't tell that a third party is being used. It would be great to have additional templates that can match the theme of your website.

Form creators can easily share their forms via email, social media, or embed them on websites.

The intuitive design and easy-to-use form builder make it accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise. This simplicity allows users to quickly create surveys, collect data, and analyze responses without requiring extensive training or prior knowledge. Also, google Forms are accessible from any device with an internet connection. The forms are designed to be mobile-friendly, ensuring a smooth experience for respondents using smartphones or tablets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

one aspect that some users may find limiting is the customization options for the visual appearance of Google Forms. While there are some pre-defined themes and basic customization features available, the range of visual customization options may not be as extensive as some users would prefer. However, it's important to note that the primary focus of Google Forms is on functionality and ease of use rather than highly intricate design customization.
