What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?

It's very easy to use, which is one of the best things about Google Analytics when compared to other similar analytics products, GA has a lot of resources provided by the academy which makes the users go through and build up the base.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Personally, GA makes the custom events sound and being deployed so easily. All the goals (e-commerce) for the conversion events have been our key strengths provided by GA

What do you dislike most about this product?

For eCommerce businesses the conversion events, conversion tracking and goals are not 100% accurate which makes analysts hate google analytics at times as we have to manually count the conversions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a must-have platform for all kinds of companies, this makes you understand your customers better, their path journey to purchase, the conversion funnel and helps businesses to come up with strategies to overcome obstacles for customers.
