What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?

The Data Collection Flexibility using which I am able to collect data using multiple methods be it JavaScript Code or Mobile SDK. Event tracking and E-Commerce integrations is something I haven't seen with products like tracking the specific user interactions of clicks, downloads video views and insights into conversion funnels and performance neglects the use Power BI which need a separate Power BI expert to do this analysis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects is the ability to track and analyze the website and product performance which thereby helps our team to make informed decisions for better user experiences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A challenging aspect in Google Analytics is its data sampling method. Data Sampling occurs on a subset of data rather them the full complete dataset. This can make the reports not have precise conclusions and insights.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask the Google Analytics team to provide an extensive training rather than just 1 or 2 hours of training which might help a lot. Work with the team to get this arranged, Explore if integrations can be made to your systems of use and does it work with other third party tools you are currently using.
