What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
My perspective indicates that one of the elements that stands out in relation to other similar software is the interface of this software. This interface makes the software very easy to use; the display and graphing tools, the traffic analysis of our business pages and social networks are very outstanding.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the elements that I like the most about this software is the metrics. Thanks to this great quality that only Google Analitycs offers me, I can interact with important data such as traffic on our main website of the company, measure trends, know how long our customers browse our site, the services they consume and the demands they make us; Another valuable element is how the software creates a lot of fields, which I use as variables susceptible to analysis, based on this, along with the APIs Framework, I create advertising campaigns of benefit to our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike a little when using this software is the customer service. Usually when I have a problem using the software, I want to talk to one of the google call center, but most of the time they forward the calls, or send you to their FAQ section, in which, in most cases, I can't solve the problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Despite the drawbacks I mentioned above, I must be fair; Google Analytics is one of the best software I have used in my work environment, to such a level that it has improved my professional relationship, since I can review one of the most important elements in my company, which is the interaction of our customers with advertising campaigns, web pages, events and products. In addition to this, I must add that I recommend this software because it will provide you with important data to build advertising campaigns that improve business productivity.
