What differentiates Gainsight Customer Success from other similar products?
Before GainSight we have been monitoring a multiple windows at the same time which is just increasing the man power
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part of this product is that you can do multiple tasks at the same time in terms of feedback , reviews etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While trying to apply new templates it creates a hefty task for a first time user, It just wasting time of many users. I have already talked with some other people they have also encountered the same problems.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like to recommend this product to all the SOC people who are doing multiple tasks at the same time, It can also combine with sales force, It is just one place to get all the customer reviews at one place. So it makes very easy to share the results with the management

There is great achievements on the customer data management. I have not identified operational difference from other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It centralizes all customer data for reliable analysis process. Insights collected from our websites on customer interactions helps us to plan and make decisions on how to sales flow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have familiarized with all the features in this platform and I have not experienced any difficult moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have achieved a lot and gained most useful insights that have enhanced effective workflows. I recommend this platform to others for great performance.
