What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Basically the difference is that there are larger management platforms, Freshsales is a small platform oriented mainly to small and medium enterprises, is divided into several parts of management is a chain of management, which together make a unit that supplements the needs of marketing and sales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the possibility that I can have control of my sales and marketing management separately from other factors, and then I can put it all together, it has a pretty instinctive and organized dashboard so that I can see the sales and customer management in a clear and unified way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve is quite complicated at the beginning, it requires some time to be understood, however, this is not a big problem in terms of cost, since Freshsales is quite economical to start with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended for small and medium enterprises, for those who want to start with automated management of online sales, and the search for potential customers to grow your business, is quite complete with its other units of fractional as the marketing, and knowing how to manage it can get the best possible.
