What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?

Delivering messages to essentially two distinct organizations under one roof. Cross-channel channel filling has been crucial in this. In order to better understand what material our associates are interacting with, we can track and measure all forms of communication using the Analyze reports. We can then utilize these metrics to inform our future communication initiatives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We could only speak directly with around a quarter of our workers before it. Using this platform, we can communicate with more of our staff and target certain associate groups, enabling us to advance critical business projects. Our shop and distribution center employees are becoming more involved, and we are learning more about the topics that are important to our main stakeholder groups.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are only a few things, but I'd have to mention certain restrictions on how to pull reports, even though I know it is working to fix this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We appreciate the platform's ongoing efforts to add new and improved features. With a single point of posting to numerous communication platforms, including our Intranet, it has significantly streamlined our job as internal communicators.

Simple platform for content exchange

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?

The agreement was created to address the necessity of facilitating the easy distribution of pre-selected content about the brand for which the community of advocates worked. Users were able to effortlessly share material from the brand, their fellow brand advocates, and the program management team across a variety of channels thanks to SocialChorus. The platform's advantages include a coordinated and expanded social reach for the program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have increased employee engagement in our social media by providing them with guard rails, as it were, for how and what they should share. it has been helpful to people who were unclear on policy or hesitant to dive in. Employees continue to join the program and we have had people who wouldn't normally be interested in social media - express an interest - and increased knowledge! It is easier to communicate and spread the word about the news we are in, share stories about our people and our projects - and spread the word about career opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform has only basic analytics and tracking. There are "reports" that can be downloaded that manually track each post or each individual in an Excel spreadsheet, making any type of analysis laborious and hence largely unavailable. Additionally, the technology does not support sending members personalized email blasts to highlight particular topics or activities. Additionally, only text is automatically filled in when using the Submit Content tool, therefore multimedia postings must be manually created. Additionally, the website was only accessible via desktop, which required an additional step for most social sharing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SocialChorus is suitable as a basic social sharing platform. Mobile sharing, post, email, and audience personalization, as well as even the most basic statistics, are absent from this platform, and users should be aware of this before using it.

What differentiates Firstup from other similar products?

Trying to reduce the number of group emails sent, but I don't believe there has been enough adoption for the advantages to become apparent. We still need to write a post on Social Chorus and send emails to our contacts with the link to the post. Some individuals simply don't care about the fast we use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that anyone at the company can post on it. Push notifications and images are also available. Having all of our news and information in one location is convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Push notifications and posts can be directed at particular geographic areas. For instance, not every event that happens in our New York office also happens in our offices in California. You should be able to search for posts, too. Once a post is obscured by other postings, it becomes difficult to find.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the platform's benefits is the simplicity of use. Other features include the automation and scheduling of postings, the automatic addition of hashtags, and the capability for users to submit their own content for evaluation.
