What is your favorite aspect of this product?

FastSpring offers its users a free trial of its software. As for contracting its full services, a quote is prepared taking into consideration the type of currency, size of transactions and other related aspects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

FastSpring continues to grow and now handles much larger companies. They do not show the same interest in smaller companies as they did in the beginning. As a result, support and feature requests are not fulfilled. The dashboard is outdated. They need to improve the customization section of the dashboard to provide more options and make it much easier to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The advancement of e-commerce gave this tool a challenge: permanence over time both in quality and technological edge. Due to the exponential growth of the demand for digital products, it was necessary to be adaptable and customizable for each customer, so there are no designed plans, but work based on budgets. But this expansion not only touched aspects such as the cost of services, but also the technical service and payment methods. As for the language of its software, it had to diversify and is now available in more than 15 languages.

What differentiates FastSpring from other similar products?

I want to start by praising their support staff, who are all friendly and devout. When I have occasionally needed to speak with technical support, their expertise and turnaround times have been excellent. Second, one of its distinctive features is the power to generate a custom estimate for a buyer and then just provide them a link to finish the transaction.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most fascinating aspect to take into account is its simplicity, aside from the fact that it is pretty balanced and neither more user-friendly nor more sophisticated would make it riskier or more challenging for us to utilize. FastSpring is also one of my favorite platforms because it responds quickly to our requests and routinely upgrades the platform to conform to its customer and legal standards while causing the least amount of user interruption possible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I noticed that the reporting and graphical interface for seeing sales is not as effective as it may be. We require an up-to-date, adaptable reporting interface in addition to a graphical interface for viewing sales and transactions in painstaking depth. Another thing that I loathe is the limited number of payment choices.

Well, in my view, if you desire to avoid the struggles of managing an online good selling business, you should have this product. Every complexity along this journey will be addressed by FastSpring.
