What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its integration with other platforms to receive payments is one of the most useful things of the platform because we can have different means to receive money from our customers for our products and services. Very intuitive user interface that allows us to know in depth each of the steps to follow in the collections and optimizing our sales lines. For small businesses FastSpring represents an excellent solution in the whole subject of e-commerce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We would like to improve the customization of the dashboard as we consider that it is lagging behind other e-commerce tools on the market. When some users unintentionally make a mistake when entering their email we have problems to receive their billing, you could add the option to confirm email to avoid this problem. All in all, the tool works quite well so there are few cons to say.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

FastSpring was characterized as a platform dedicated to small and medium businesses, over time FastSpring has become even more globalized, which has shown us that the tool is no longer dedicated to small businesses and its support is no longer the same as it was a while ago which leaves a bad taste in the mouth. FastSpring is a great solution for anyone who needs to restore their electronic payment options, quickly and securely.

This is a very complete software that has helped us to increase our sales thanks to the tools it gives us, such as the variety of payments it offers like online payments, mobile payments, email payments and more. It allowed us to expand our variety of payment methods, giving the customer more options for their purchase.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to integrate other payment methods such as PayPal, Amazon pay and many others, in addition to receiving payments in foreign currencies. We can invoice through the program and make payments automatically, it also gives us the option to send email to customers when they are late with their payments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software can be a bit complicated to set up, especially setting up with partner banks and payment platforms. It was a lengthy process, which with the help of the technical support we were able to accomplish. Also entering the products into the platform was a long and cumbersome process, I would have loved to have it done automatically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is the perfect solution for payments, sales and invoices for any company, ideal for online stores. It is a simple software to use although complicated to configure, but once the whole system is installed and set up, all operations and management is done in an almost intuitive way.

Fewer emails about failed payments. And more revenue in your account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A direct integration into native apps, not just web pages, the dashboard is outdated. Need to improve the customization section of the dashboard to provide more options and make it much easier to understand.
