What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In our efforts to update our inside sales platform, Expedite Commerce has proven to be an invaluable partner. They were present at the business-facing meeting, collaborated with us on the training, and delivered on time as promised.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their deployment method appears to be rather haphazard and lacks specificity. This explains why their deployments are not modest and frequent, but rather costly and infrequent. Integrating their implementations into our CAB process proved to be a bit of a challenge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that before tackling a Salesforce application, make sure you have the necessary team trained in Salesforce administration and best practices.
