What differentiates eclincher from other similar products?
eClincher was claimed to be the one-stop shop to social media management and social listening. This is true, however, we struggled to see the return on investment. eClincher didn't deliver for us as it has for some of our peers. I think we somehow got a lemon, and we are not sure how.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We did like the customization and friendly use of eClincher. It was also aesthetically pleasing to look at. The reporting features were also robust and thorough.
What do you dislike most about this product?
eClincher was extremely buggy for us. Posts wouldn't post, some would double post, some trend analysis didn't report accurately, and most of all, we spent more time trying to fix problems in eClincher than trying to fix problems with it...
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend sticking woth HubSpot or Hootsuite. eClincher has good pricing and is great for smaller teams or small businesses but if you have a larger team, things tend to fall apart quickly. I don't recommend this product.

What differentiates eclincher from other similar products?
This is a well-known tool and has characteristics similar to others on the market, but something that surprises me and has worked correctly for me once used is its analysis system on customer satisfaction in emails, it not only focuses on the main social networks and measures the efficiency of the campaigns through this means that integrate functions that can be taken to emails and thus measure how our business is going in real time and in a professional manner
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how fast it is to deliver reports, it allows you to have control of each site on the web that the emoresa has and visualize in a simple way if the purposes set out professionally will be achieved, it has a system of metrics quite adaptable to it type of industry in which you work and your calculation system is also quite good
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no innocence, it is a good tool in general terms, professional and accessible
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a tool used by professionals in the marketing area due to the efficiency of its functions, quality and control of each process, monitoring of campaigns and fulfillment of objectives.

eclincher is great product in social medial management with no comparison.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is flexible and easy to use with short learning curve. It can be easily customized to fit user needs. Tracking our social media progress has enabled our company to trace where our customers lies and draw plans to engage them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not disliked anything from the performance of this great tool.
