What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

It keeps track of all the worker's details, including talents and hardware tools that are available. It facilitates business operations decision-making and speeds up and greatly simplifies the business job process. Additionally, it enables for user customization, which is beneficial for meeting business and process requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It enables for user customization, which is helpful in meeting operational and business requirements. It includes AI-assisted robotic workflow features, makes it simple to produce leads through campaigns, mails, and phone calls, and allows you to automate the lead creation process. Everything is controlled, from creating leads to shutting them through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Additionally, purchasing a genuine Dynamics 365 edition is rather expensive. To ensure that all types of businesses enjoy such solutions, I would prefer that they offer it at a fair price. Documents formatting issues happens time to time and restrictions on PDF creation, version management, and seamless update distribution to user devices also make us frustrated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The assistance they provide has consistently been excellent. They are prompt and responsive, and they have been easy to reach by every method we have tried, with the exception of call. They are concerned about collects. You can use Microsoft Dynamics CRM whether your organization is small, medium-sized, or huge.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

The capacity to grow as the organisation becomes older. Microsoft framework and API-based seamless integration. Leverage the whole stack, including the Azure platform, PowerAutomate, CDS, and PowerBI. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform may be configured to meet any level of complexity and is very strong. Functionality may be readily configured, and legacy application interactions are made simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Every stage of our journey has been greatly aided by Microsoft. I see that they are devoting a lot of resources to enhancing functionality and usefulness. For routine chores, it is quite user-friendly, and I can rapidly integrate new users. The platform for marketing automation includes contacts (no connectors). The Marketing application now provides a wide range of additional options thanks to Power Automate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some Outlook add-ons have created several uncomfortable situations because they record connection errors during synchronisation, and the mobile application frequently experiences issues that detract from the user experience. However, none of these issues causes Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lose its effectiveness or performance; in fact, they are very minor in comparison to all the advantages that can be gained from using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

"Microsoft Dynamics is very Huge, we've been using it for about 3 to 4 years, and its capabilities expand compared to any other competition, and we've tried some other CRMs. Its price is wonderful, too, and the only thing that can limit a user of Dynamics is his or her imagination."
